TRL Memorial Golf Tournament
Schedule & Event Details

Hi everyone,

We’re looking forward to an incredible day at the TRL Memorial Golf Tournament. We are officially one short week away and the weather is looking promising! Below is the full schedule and key details for the day:

Monday, June 23 – Pinehills Golf Club

• 8:00 AM – Breakfast & Registration (Driving Range Open)
• Golfer gift bags will be handed out at registration
• 10:00 AM – Shotgun Start (Scramble Format)
• Hot Grilled Lunch will be served on the course during play
• 2:00 PM – Cocktail Hour & Dinner Reception with Live Music

Throughout the day, we’ll also have:

• Men’s and Women’s Long Drive Contests
• Closest to the Pin Contest
• Putting Contest
• Silent Auction
• Raffle

Important Notes:

• Please be sure to enter “Pinehills Golf Club” into your GPS. If you use a variation, you may be brought to the wrong entrance. Clark Rd to Clubhouse Dr.
• Cell service in the area is minimal—plan ahead and share this information with your group.
• Bag drop is available in the roundabout at the front entrance before you park.
• Golf registration is now closed, but dinner tickets for the reception are still available and will remain open for anyone who would like to attend and support the event.

A link to the Silent auction will be released this weekend so you can preview the auction prizes ahead of time.

If you haven’t submitted the names of the players in your foursome, please email me individually as soon as possible.
